Good idea - need to correct errors

Its a great application, with an encyclopedic appraisal of spices, sauces, and mixtures.
There are a few shortcomings with the spelling of some names that need a careful revision (sauses, for sauces; caumberland, for Cumberland; bearnez, for béarnaise, for instance). Otherwise is an excellent reference.
